About Me

I am a British international orienteer who loves training and racing at the top level. I have represented Great Britain three times at the World Orienteering Championships since 2015 and my goal is to be the best I can be in orienteering. I orienteer because I love training and racing, the combination of the mental and physical challenge, travelling and meeting new people. I compete for West Cumberland Orienteering Club (WCOC) in the UK and Lillomark OL in Norway.

I graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a BSc in Sports Science in 2016. Since then I have worked in Australia as an orienteering coach during the European winters. I am now currently working towards various coaching and personal training qualifications, with the view of working in a role that gets the general population outside and being active.

In my spare time I enjoy running up mountains, going on long expeditions, travelling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
